Large room going in a 6 bed house, where 5 female students currently live, who are all lovely and a lot of fun, but very considerate and reasonably clean.
Rent is £330 with bills bills being roughly £40 a month. However, there is likely to be some money left over at the end of the lease in June, which will be repaid back to each tenant equally. Bills include wifi, gas and electricity, however there is no TV licence. The property also comes with one visitor parking permit which can be used occasionally when any of the tenants have guests/are moving in or out.
The room is at the front of the house on the second floor. It contains a double wardrobe with 3 draws beneath, a 4 draw chest of drawers, a desk with chair, and a double bed. There is space underneath the bed for extra storage if required and there is definitely floor space available.
There is a shower next to the room, and 2 toilets - one with a shower wet room - downstairs, adjacent to the kitchen and living area.
