I'm urgently looking for a tenant to take over my room in a student house situated on Trinity Avenue in Lenton, from NOW.

The house is made up of 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a good sized louge and kitchen, there is also a basement and concrete garden area.
It's in a great location, 10 minute walk from Jubilee Campus, 25m walk from University Park, 2 minutes from Tesco Express and 3 minutes from bus and tram stops.
The house is currently made up of 3 boys and 1 girl. If you like a good chat, a laugh and a lot of banter this house is perfect for you. These people were strangers to me last year but now they are like my family.
