The house is currently occupied by degree apprentices who work at the nearby companies in Oxford Business Park. The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinet as well as one of the 2 bathrooms just outside the room for convenience.

Downstairs there is a large living room with a HD Tv available for us as well as a large kitchen and fridge- freezer with plenty of room for all your groceries, while you can make the most of our large garden and shed to store bikes and tools as well as making the most of the summer sun.
