I have a huge sunny double room for rent in my lovely ground floor flat in Charminster. The room is furnished with a comfy double bed, mirrored wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. Rent covers all bills – including super-fast wifi and shared use of the living room, bathroom, kitchen and garden. Washing machine and tumble dryer available for use, and I’ll soon be installing a dishwasher too.

The flat is in a great location – minutes from Charminster road and all the major bus routes to town/station/Castlepoint. It’s a nice peaceful road with plenty of on-street parking available.

You would be sharing with me and my feisty ginger ninja cat, Bodhi – so animal lovers required! I work from home so ideally I’d prefer someone who works full time. I’m pretty chilled and like my home to be peaceful but sociable – it’s by no means a party house but it would be nice to have someone living here that I can have a cuppa and a natter with or share some wine and a film with in the evenings. Having said that, the flat is plenty big enough to ensure we both have our own space when needed.
