This is genuinely lovely house. in a great part of Harehills, directly overlooking Banstead Park with amazing bus links to town, We have one large double room available for a new professional female tenant (£355) (or a couple at £435 pcm).

The available bedroom is really large with a double bed and great mattress and it's own little closet room. The shared bathroom (with strong shower!) is on the same floor (but not next to your bedroom room). The view from this bedroom is really nice, looking directly onto Banstead Park.

We are tidy in the communal areas and we each contribute £7 per month to the kitty for communal items like washing up liquid and loo paper etc.
