Hi I live in a 3 bedroom house with my little old dog and my 22 year old daughter who will be leaving in the next few months. I have a small garden with outdoor seating and chiminea and barbecues There is a field to the back of the house and parking I live on a main bus route but it’s really quiet to the back of the house. My home is clean (ish) ha, I try my best. It is fully furnished and functioning. The attic room is large and consists of double bed, chest of draws x2, sofa bed and desk. It is ready to move in. I do prefer a female house mate to a male.
