A great flat share opportunity has become available - i'm sadly having to move out of my flat a few months early due to work commitments and am looking for someone to take over the remainder of my contract. This is for a minimum of 3 months with the option to extend for another 12 months at the end of May if they want to.

The flat is located in the lovely waterside development of Leeds Dock, just a few minutes walk from the city centre and 15 minutes to the train station. Pizza Express, North Star Coffee, Yoga Hero and Tesco Express are all in the Leeds Dock development, so everything you need is super close by.

The flat is on the 2nd floor with a large open plan kitchen/living room with modern decor, and floor to ceiling windows which lead out onto a huge balcony overlooking the Royal Armouries with a cosy egg chair.

The bedroom is en-suit and is the bigger of the two rooms in the flat. It comes with a memory foam king size mattress, under bed storage boxes, wardrobe and bedside tables.

You'll be living with a young professional who's looking for someone friendly, tidy, clean and considerate to share the flat with.
