Double room with private bathroom in nice, quiet house. It is a new build 3-bedroom property in South Liverpool with garden and parking.

Close proximity to airport and M62. On bus routes into city centre.

Short term let as the room is only free until Early October.

I live in a quiet area with quiet neighbours; definitely not party central - I work full time and home is a place to rest.

I am the only other resident in the house. I am fairly easy going, friendly and considerate. I’d like my tenant to be the same.

I would want to meet any prospective tenant first, so please bear this in mind if you get in touch. I have had a few enquiries from people who want to arrive in Liverpool and move in immediately, with the first time we meet being when they move in, but I am not open to this, so please do not ask. Also, I am advertising for ONE tenant, not a couple or a family.
