Feature: This double room is part of a 5th floor flat with 2 bedrooms (one available for rent). There is a spacious shared living-dinning area, one bathroom with Shower/bath and a patio. The flat comes with 24 hour access onsite gym (included in rent) and has a newly equipped kitchen and bathroom. There is also a communal roof-top garden. The flat is unfurnished, but I am happy to share the communal stuff. The room has a build in closet, all existing furnitures comes with it except the bed. Parking is available.

Location: The flat is just 2 minutes away from offices such as PwC, Burges Salmon LLP, Osborne Clarke, Deloitte, Ovo Energy and many more, so it's perfect for professionals. It's less than 5 minute to Bristol Temple Meads (for trains and buses), under 15 minutes from Cabot Circus (main shopping area) and 10 minute walk to Castle Park.

Expenses (per month per person)
Rent is £547.50. Council tax is £84.5. Electricity is around £60. Water bill is £30. Internet cost depends on new contract. This flat has one of the cheapest rent in the area.

There will be letting fee involved around £200 for drafting the new contract and background check. Fee is dependent on letting agent.
