Double room/London Road/share with 2 PhDs/Feb-Jun

I would like to offer 1 large double room in a house on London Road (opposite Palmer Park). This will be from February to 30th June.

This is to replace myself on the contract. You would be living with two male PhD students.

Utility room with washing machine and fridge-freezer.

The bills are not included and are £20-30 per month (Winter)

We are across the road from the 14 bus (Woodley/Train station) and very close to the 17 bus (Town/Near Uni/Tilehurst).

The university is 20-25 min walk away. 10 min away from a big ALDI. The big TESCO is in walking distance and there are many convenience stores in the area.

The housemates are PhD students, one Spanish, one Welsh. They are very pleasant to live with and good company.

This would be ideal for a postgraduate/Erasmus student. However, all inquiries are welcomed. I look forward to hearing from you!
