Extremely Friendly Household

A very warm sociable house! Our flat mate is moving home after finishing her degree so we’ve got the spare room open to anybody looking to maybe make some new friends.
There’s one male (Jayden) and two females (Molly and Terrie) currently living in the house, we’re very chilled, very lovely people willing to make you feel comfortable whether that be to leave you alone or befriend you (at your wish).
One female is a student but the other and the male are working full time so there’s never too much noise in the house and there’s a lot of opportunity for some alone time as we’re all very busy if you are a professional wanting to move in.
Generally a clean house, all 3 housemates are smokers, and there is no preferred gender just somebody who is chilled out will be ideal for us!
