Lovely room in Zone 1

Hello,

We are looking for a new flatmate to move in as soon as possible.
We are:
Kuba - 35, from Poland, freelancer in the events industry.
Fred - 34 - from East Sussex, civil servant

We've known each other for over 10 years and lived together for over 4. Due to the nature of our employment our schedules are rather mixed, Fred works 9-5, Kuba kind of any time there is work.

The flat is placed right in the heart of London with amazing access to pretty much anywhere (Borough - 2 mins walk, London Bridge 12 mins walk)
As it's not a very large place we are looking for someone who we know we'll get on with. We enjoy our privacy as much as we like to have a meal together. We are both pretty normal although Kuba sometimes wears glitter.
It's not a party house but guests are always welcome. We are looking for someone chilled and considerate, we are very adaptable but both allergic to in-house drama.
We both smoke but there is no smoking in the flat.
Our previous housemate was a girl and that worked really well, but we wouldn't mind sharing with a guy.
