Room for tidy friendly professional lodger

Spacious house in the heart of Easton on two floors. Common spaces are: lounge/dining area, kitchen, bathroom, conservatory and garden ready to be shared with a friendly, like-minded lodger to occupy spare room on second floor. We would preferably like to share the house with a professional who is busy with their own work and social life.
The room for rent has a very comfortable sofa-bed and a desk. Lodger can discuss adding or removing items. Lodger should be ok with living with a couple and an additional lodger, and paying £450/month (bills included). Rent is paid monthly to us (preferably on the 1st day of the month) and includes all bills. A deposit of one month is required to ensure that it covers any potential damage, and this will be given back (minus any damage coverage) when leaving.
We prefer tidy, clean, open-minded people who are respectful of privacy and safety (locking the door, keeping the keys safe) etc.
No pets and no smoking allowed (although a neighbourhood cat sometimes pays us a visit!). Front room mainly used by us for work purposes so we ask that it stays that way.
