Huge Double Bedroom with En suite
Hey
We are Alex and Dan two mates who are looking for a third person to join our flat.
The place is a bloody massive top floor flat with two bathrooms 3 bedrooms, a big living room and kitchen and utility room.
Both of us are working professionals, Alex works in HR for a Law firm and I'm a video editor at Aardman, we work pretty standard hours and quite chilled during the week, but are still up for a pub trip too!
The area we live in is really quiet and literally a couple of minutes walk from the downs so a really nice location, plenty of free parking (which is a huge plus!) I've lived in the flat for about 4 and a half years now and love it!
Ideally we need someone by 1st ish of February, a little bit after is fine.
For couples we would have to ask a little bit more towards bills etc about 800 as that's what the previous guys paid, but that's a lot for 1 person.
P. s Sorry about the mess in the main bedroom, they are in the process of moving out at the moment so it's a bit hectic!
