Moving out and go travelling so need someone to rent my room. Currently in a brand new build on the edge of Salford, very close to Spinningfields and Castlefield. Just a 15 minute walk from town. The building has a free onsite gym and cinema room. The flat is modern with 3 bedrooms an en suite and 1 bathroom. Any interest please message me. The flat will be available from 5th April 2019 but if required earlier (March) please let me know and we can sort something out. The tenancy runs out at the end of July so will be about a 4 month let. There is a balcony also.
