Looking for fill-in housemate for 2nd Semester :)
Hi I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a shared house. I will be moving out ASAP due to personal complications :( The other tenants are all really nice and easy going, everyone is 2nd year at UoM. The room is upstairs with double bed, desk and wardrobe. Bills are set up to be paid separately from rent but usually amounts to ~£30 per month. The house is a short walking distance from Armitage sports centre and Sainsburys. There is a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. Please let me know if you are interested :)
