Large, Clean & Quiet Masterbedroom In Chorlton

Freshly decorated and sunny masterbedroom overlooking large garden in a small family home. Plenty of storage in the large wardrobe and chest of drawers, plus we can add a desk in the room for you, if you like.

We are looking for a housemate to share our home who is clean, tidy and considerate. We are a single mum and young child. I work for myself so sometimes work into the evening, but if I'm not working I enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of tea and a chat. My little one is a happy child and enjoys a chat too!

Transport - we are 5 min walk from St Werburgh tram stop, and 5 min walk to Wilbraham Road for buses like the 85, there is also plenty of on-street parking space and usually space immediately outside the house.

Location - we are a 15 min walk to Morrisons and the main "4-banks" centre of Chorlton, and about 20 minutes walk to Beech Road.

Our nearest cafe is The Creameries - which bakes fresh bread, especially focaccia, and makes amazing hot chocolate!

This room would suit you best if you are more of a lark and up early in the morning to go to work, because we wake up around 6am daily and tend to go to bed early.

The evenings are quiet when my little one is sleeping, but there is no restriction on your use of the living room and kitchen and a reasonable level of normal noise from TV or conversation is not a problem.

The room is fully furnished but you will need to provide your own bedding and towels. You can use the picture rail to hang pictures to make the space feel like yours.
