Our Brixton flat has a room going starting March 10 (earlier move-in could be arranged)

It's furnished, double-bed, bright, spacious and cozy. It's got built-in shelves and storage above them, room for a clothing rack if you need it.
£572 + utilities ~£40 depending on the season.

We're 2 floors. 2 bathrooms. 5 people. We've got a nice garden with a bbq, picnic table and foosball table. Big kitchen and living room w dining table.

It's just a 10-12 minute walk to either Brixton tube (Victoria Line) or Clapham North (Northern Line) or the overground @ Clapham High Street. We're super close to a number of food shops, including Lidl and a major Tesco but our favourite is, of course, Brixton Market!

The area is great. We love Brixton, feel grateful to live here and try to support local business. If you're not familiar, we can show you around :)
