Hi. We have nice modern room available for max 3 months ( international students max.5 months) safe area, bus stop just 3 mins walk, same like coop shop or take aways. Buses 50 or 50A directly to centre. House is in LS5 Kirkstall area
House has 2 toilets, kitchen with coffee machine, bathroom, living room with TERRA (still sleeping bunny), dryer, washing machine.
We are professionals who work or study over week, but we enjoy nice dinner with wine over weekend or BBQ in summer time ;)
