Spacious tenement flat

Hi,

I my name is Jasper and I am looking for a new flatmate. I am a young professional with a fairly active lifestyle but I also like to cook on the weekends and spend time with my girlfriend.

This flat is well located on the South Side around the corner from Mt Florida train station. It's a 12 minute train ride to Central but I prefer to cycle to work myself.

Queens park is nearby as well as shops food options on Victoria road and battlefield.

The living room is spacious and is home to my plants and audio setup. There is also a large entrance hallway and storage cupboard which are not pictured.

Currently the bed is a 80cm wide bed which folds out to 160 (European king). The landlord however, has already agreed to replace this so you can choose to keep the bed that's there or get a double if you prefer.

I am looking for someone to move in by the end of March. My flatmate is moving out by the 25th.
