Room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It has a yale lock to keep your possessions safe.

Bedroom is available on the 4th of May

Shared spaces include a living room, kitchen stocked with cooking equipment, a large bathroom and a recently improved garden which has been filled with plants since the photo has been taken and it catches the evening sun in the summer.

We have a very friendly cat called Dora so probably not for you if you have any allergies. We sometimes go away for the odd weekend and may ask you to feed her and let her out while we are away.

Good transport links into town using the 111 bus which stops just round the corner. An Uber into the city centre is around £5.

A short walk from Aldi or a slightly longer walk to Asda Hulme, there are also a number of local shops and takeaways including the Curry Mile. Walking distance to Platt Fields and Alexandra Park

We have fibre-optic broadband and we have virgin tv in the living room. Bills included in price minus gas and electricity which are on a meter and shared equally.
