Unfurnished double room available in a unique 2 bed flat central Bristol.

This flat has a superb central location, its less than a 10 minute walk to Cabot Circus and 15 minutes to Temple Meads. Multiple restaurants and bars all on the doorstep.

The flat is above a popular nightlife venue (Central Chambers), this does mean there is some audible music overnight. I can demonstrate this at the viewing - its just some bass that reaches the flat and for the average sleeper its not a issue, but isnt suitable for a light sleeper.

The flat has plenty of storage, with a communal kitchen and living area. (The flat has electric heating and the communal area has a very high ceiling so can be very cold during winter) The bedroom is unfurnished but has a built in wardrobe.

You'll be sharing with me, James, I'm 31 and work nights downstairs. I enjoy gaming, watching movies and the occasional pub quiz. I am looking for a flatmate who is clean, tidy and conscientious.
