Small double great location 2 bed Clifton flat

Hi I'm Laurence,
I'm still going to claim the title of "young professional" despite reaching the ripe old age of 29.
I'm a sporty, active chap who also likes the occasional beer/wine and loves to cook and travel (not generally at the same time though because that gets messy). I've been in Bristol about a year now and moved in to this place in December.
My current flatmate is moving somewhere cheaper and I'm looking to stay on as I love the location.
My circumstances have changed and I'm looking for a Flatmate until end of august only.
The rent is £450 per month, although I would budget a total of around £600 to cover council tax (£77) energy (around £30), water (£16) and Internet (£16 for 100mb Virgin package).
I'm very happy with the location and period feel of the property. It's a Georgian place, very close to the Lido and a few minute's walk from The Triangle, Whiteladies Road, Nuffield Health Gym and Sainsbury's.
It's fully furnished and we even inherited the use of the cooking utensils of the previous occupants.
I'm tidy and respectful with the communal spaces and would appreciate the same in a prospective flatmate but I'm not a clean freak. I'd like to live with someone I can have a laugh with and unwind/cook/drink with at the end of the day.
I've no preference what kind of human being you are as long as you're good.
