The flat is a 2 minute walk from Southsea common and a 5 minute walk to the seafront. It is also 30 seconds to Osborne road and 3 minutes to Palmerston road, both of which have plenty of pubs and restaurants.
Current flatmate is sociable and easy going and looking for someone who will be happy to hang out with and occassionally go to the pub or have a drink in but also enjoys their own space.
When I moved in the room was just furnished with a double bed but I can potentially leave my chest of drawers and bedside table too depending on if you need them or not.
Rent is about £470pcm with all bills which is really cheap for the area
