I live with my 15year old son. We have a shared living room but we all have a tv in our bedrooms too, so my son tends to spend most of his time in his bedroom. I am a friendly, clean and tidy person and thus would like a flat mate who is clean and tidy too. I work as a primary school teacher which I enjoy very much. I like a quiet household throughout the week so that I can concetrate on work and my son on his school work. My flat is quite big and in close proximity to Aberdeen Royal infirmary and 2 lovely parks, Westburn and Victoria park are within walking distance. The surrounding area of Rosemount is within walking distance with its well renowned speciality shops. There is a regular bus service which takes 10 minutes to the centre of Aberdeen. There is a big TV in the bedroom with access to Netflix, BBC iplayer, you tube and amazon movies which the flat mate can use and this is included in the bills. There are 2 bathrooms within the property ( one is a
shower room upstairs and the
other is a bathroom downstairs , near to the flat mate's room). The flat is a double upper and is quite spacious.
