Bus stop over the road to town going every 15 mins.

The available large double bedroom is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed. You have your shower, and bathroom / toilet for your use two footsteps from your bedroom door This room has ample storage as large wardrobe chest of draws sideboard and desk along with extra storage space. You get a desk and Swivel chair.
Walking to Talbot University 28 mins or by bus 4 mins. Cycle 6 mins. Buses to Bournemouth to Poole outside house.
We have a very large kitchen with all the kitchenware and tableware you need. You have your own cupboards and share between 2 x fridge freezers. The bright and modern kitchen area, with all excellent NEFF and Miele kitchen appliances, dishwasher and double oven and double microwave. The living room with Laura Ashley couches joins onto secluded back garden area. Raised decking area for afternoon BBQ in the garden, large Oak trees surround. Secluded space. Get heaps of lovely sun, though the trees that shelter the garden from wind.
It is secluded with resident squirrels and the occasional fox. There is soon going to be no pets though we are pet friendly. Cat are welcome.

Your privacy is respected, nobody comes in your room. You are responsible for housekeeping your private spaces and also doing your bit to keep the rest of the house presentable.

The main bathroom with shower and corner bath and Toilet. There is a washing machine and separate tumble dryer in a utility area and large cupboard storage for utility items throughout.

We are looking for a chilled and respectful individual who fits the household. Student or professional are welcome. No couples, no unemployed. Not just a house it is a home, safe and relaxing, considerate and private.
There is easy parking on the car pad for 4 cars well off the road.

If you are working throughout surrounding areas of Bournemouth / Poole it is situated for easy exit to surrounding main arteries in and out of the town
