House facilities are shared. They include 3 reception rooms, 2 bathrooms, a decent garden with BBQ, seating and space for safe storage of bikes. Newly refurbished high spec 8 metre kitchen diner with range cooker and big fridge freezer. Utility has washer and dryer.
The room is a big double with bay window, redecorated within the last 6 months.
We are looking for a person who'll be friendly, tidy and cheerful. A cat lover will be a bonus as we've got a cat that likes attention (on her terms of course!)
Rent includes bills, wifi and weekly shared spaces cleaner though we try to keep the place clean all the time.
