The landlady only rents to older students (min age 19 but most are mid-20s) so no annoying teenagers loud partying every night!! There is a massive living room available if you want friends over to chill.

The house is located just 5 minutes from Headingley high street, 25 mins walk to Uni of Leeds, 10 mins to Beckett's Headingley campus.
