Student room available in three-bedroom flat in excellent location for next academic year.
Flat is ideal for students studying at the University of Edinburgh, it is only 5min walk to George Square and 8 min walk to Pleasance.
There is one male and one female 2nd year students living here and we are looking for a third female flatmate. We are both very tidy and easy to get along with.
We are looking for somebody who is easy-going and tidy.
The lease starts on June 1st and is for one year. The room is huge and fully furnished at 500 pounds per month. The flat and kitchen are fully equipped with two fridges, a microwave, washing machine, toaster etc. Bills come at an additional price of around 30 pounds/month depending on usage
