Looking for Flatmate for Lovely Flat

Hi! My name is Stephen and I'm looking for a flatmate to take the second bedroom in a flat I have been offered. The following is from the landlord

"It has gas central heating. There's a combi boiler and so there's always plenty hot water for showers, etc. The bathroom was renovated in December when we put in a new shower, shower screen and sink unit. The gas boiler was replaced in 2018.
The flat has was redecorated in December.
Mattresses are brand new."

I am getting the landlord to confirm rough monthly bills and council tax band and will update this listing when I have the details.

I'm happy to hear from couples and the rent in that case would be £600 and bills would be split three ways.

I have been for a viewing and the flat is really nice in a lovely area. There is an Asian grocer right underneath and a tesco express on the same Street. The flat is just a short walk from Holyrood Park and the Meadows and is about 25m walk, 10m by bike or about 10-15m by bus to the city centre.

I am a solicitor at a multinational law firm and work long hours Mon-Fri so it would be nice to have someone I could relax with during the week and maybe have a drink and a laugh with at the weekend. I love to cook and enjoy exercising and keeping fit - especially going to the gym and playing 5 a side. I am into football - watching and playing - and like to play games to relax. I like to think I'm friendly, laid back, easy to get on with and a good laugh.
