My name is Aymen, I am a first year PhD student in King's Buildings campus, University of Edinburgh. I am looking for two mature students to live with me in the next academic year 2019/2020 in a three bedroom flat in Marchmont crescent. The flat is 10mins from the old town and ~25mins walk to King's Buildings (10mins by bus). Buses to Little France and King's Buildings are also available every 20mins. The flat has one bathroom, kitchen/living room, a small room for reading, and a shared garden downstairs.
The two rooms are furnished, £395 each per calendar month. This does not include the bills and WiFi (~£50 a month). The flat is pets- and smoking- free. There will be viewings in early April for those who are interested.
