Double room in Heckford Park

I'm looking for someone to share my lovely Victorian maisonette in Heckford Park, Poole. It's a good sized double, available from 1st August.

The room has double bed, mirror-fronted built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

Rent is paid calendar monthly, on the 1st of each month. Deposit is £300. Rent includes all bills & Internet.

The house is a 2 minute walk from Poole hospital and on regular bus routes to Ashley Cross, Westbourne and Bournemouth. Poole train station is a 10-15 minute walk and both Poole town centre and Ashley Cross are in walking distance, so great for getting home after dinner and drinks out. There's a corner shop a few doors down and a local co-op less than a 5 minute walk.

There are a few free parking spaces outside on a first-come-first-served basis. There is often a space, but not always. There is plenty of on street parking but a permit is required and costs £55 per year, but a permit isn't required on weekends and overnight.

There is no garden, but I do have a good sized garage, with plenty of space for storing bicycles and various other things if you've got lots of hobbies!

About me - I'm a young professional working in cultural heritage, mostly Mon-Fri but also some weekends. I bought the flat about a year ago and so far I've loved living here. I'm looking for someone fairly easy going, who likes to keep things tidy; someone maybe up for cooking/having dinner together occasionally and a glass or two of wine, but who also likes to do their own thing. I'm fairly sociable and I'm out seeing friends some evenings, or otherwise going for a run or a swim and then coming home to chill in the living room.
