Big Double in Chorlton by Green

Hello

We're looking to find a new housemate for our lovely flat in Chorlton.

You'll be sharing with Beth and myself Sally. We're both really friendly and would like to share with another person of a similar age who is friendly too!

I'm 30 and a project manager at Manchester Uni and enjoy hula hooping and eating cake.

Beth is 23 and a market researcher in the culture sector. She also makes delicious vegan brownies.

The flat is in a lovely part of Chorlton right next to the nature park and Beech Rd. It's only a couple of minutes walk to all of the bars and pubs on the high street as well as trams and buses into the city centre (getting to work by tram takes 30 mins max)

If you drive then there's one car park space for the flat and parking available on the street outside, we've also got a locked outside storage space for bikes etc.

The room itself is furnished with a big wardrobe, double bed and chest of drawers. The kitchen/living room is bright and spacious and there's a bathroom between the two main floor rooms (plus there's an en suite upstairs). The flat is really well furnished, well equipped with all the mod-cons and homely with dishwasher/washing machine/fridge/freezer etc.

There's also a roof terrace with table and chairs that we use when the weather's nice!

The landlord lives locally and is approachable and proactive with fixing things etc.

***The rent is £390 per month but we each pay £490 per month as a set amount including all bills, council tax and extras such as internet. Deposit is £486. ***

The room will be free from the 1st May and we're looking to find someone as soon as possible.
