You will have access to all the facilities and amenities of this tastefully decorated four bedroom house, featuring a large private garden backing onto the Parkland Walk nature reserve. The area is residential and quiet, and the house is located within a 10 to 15 minute walk to the charming Highgate village, Hampstead Heath or the hip Crouch End.

You will be sharing this large house with one professional tenant who uses the loft during 9am to 6pm four to five days of the work week as a "spill-over" work area when working from home, and a professional female tenant who works in the City. The landlord lives in the US and visits occasionally.
