We have a great room for a long term-rent, (1year) starting now in a wonderful house near Hilly Fields. The room is bright and spacious and also offers lot of independence since it has its own side entrance in the house.

The house is located just 2 mins from Hilly Fields Park, 5 minutes walking to Brockley Station and 15 minutes to Goldsmiths University. It is a bright and spacious house with 3 large bedrooms, hall, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a big private garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven etc.

Preferable selection would be a working professional, or a calm/quiet /serious student. We are two PhD students from Goldsmiths and a language teacher, so we are looking for like minded persons who can enjoy the space and tranquility and are looking for a perfect place to work, rest, and study. We like to have a nice house environment but respecting everyone's independence.

The price is £600 pcm (gas bills every three months depending on the season + Internet £7.5 pcm). You will be paying a security deposit of 6 weeks of £831.
