The spaciousness comes from a large living room, with multiple sofas, a dining table, large TV and bookshelves. There is a also a large garden, shared with the flat above, complete with picnic tables to relax with during sunny weather.
There are two female flat mates currently in the house, one a student, one currently working in health. There is also a small cat, which is owned by one of the other tenants.
Monthly rent is £650, including internet and TV license until September 2019. £40 monthly is the cost for water, electricity and gas.
Deposit is £500, and agency fee is £220.
