Double en-suite in Arsenal/Highbury

Hello London home searchers,

A stunning double bedroom has just become free in the Mews of Highbury Stadium Square, Arsenal Football Club's old stadium. Unfortunately, our friend and flatmate has decided to embark on new experiences overseas and has to leave this amazing room behind.

The room is part of a single-storey double bedroom flat in Highbury Stadium Mews. Also included with this room is a sizeable bathroom (this is not en-suite but it is the flat-sharers very own to use). The flat has a spacious and pretty living room and kitchenette which gets plenty of light through the floor-ceiling height windows. The flat benefits from great security (particularly on match days) and the communal garden which is open for all tenants within Highbury Stadium Square to access all year round. This garden is in fact the old Arsenal FC football pitch! There is also a concierge and parcel room for any online deliveries. Fitness First gym is also located within the estate for anybody looking to sign up.

You will be sharing the flat with a couple (my boyfriend and I) who have been tenants here for over 1 year now. We are 25-year-old working professionals from Poland and Ireland. We occupy the double en-suite.

This room is available from the end of May 2019, with the contract for the flat currently running until January 2020 with the option to extend the tenancy agreement if the flatmates wish. The room is available at £840 per month plus £85 bills monthly (bills include sky broadband, electricity, council tax and water). Hot water and gas is an additional bill which is sent to the flat through the agency on a 3-month basis (the value of this varies yearly but is an average of £35 per month). For couples, the room value will be reassessed in order to split the total cost of the flat 4 ways.
