We live in a beautiful West London home in Shepherd's Bush (message for location details) and have a spacious second floor, part furnished, double room with en suite. We are looking to fill this room that’s available with a couple only. The house is spacious enough for four people.

Deposit is £700pp and monthly bills are around £90pp per month.

We are looking for friendly, clean, fun people to come and join this home. The house has a beautiful open kitchen and dining space with a large lounge and a garden courtyard. There is also a communal study space on the first floor. The house is a 8 minute walk from Shepherd's Bush Market Station (Hammersmith and city and circle lines) and a 15 minute walk from Shepherd's Bush station (central line and overground).

The local area is wonderful. Shepherd's Bush has a vibrant local community, with easy access to great local gyms. Westfield Shopping Centre is only a 15 minute walk away. It also only takes 25 minutes to walk down to Hammersmith bridge with beautiful river walks, pubs and gardens. Easy access to Holland Park and Notting Hill make living in West London super fun. Public transport is outstanding.
