3-week short term let in April in Stokey House!

Hi there,

I am looking for someone to rent my room for three weeks in April (4th-24th) while I am travelling in Nepal. This may suit someone who needs a stop-gap while they find somewhere else, or just needs some short-term accommodation in a comfortable home.

You would be sharing with 4 other friendly professionals that have created a homey environment that they equally love.

The house is huge with a big back garden and bbq. Large bath room with shower/bath and all laundry amenities. Big living/sun room and dining room with loads of natural light. Kitchen with huge stove/oven. There is no smoking inside the house, but you can smoke in the back garden.

The double room has a big window facing the back garden and receives loads of sunlight.. It is at the back of the house, on top the floor, away from the main road, and very quiet.

Everyone has really different schedules so it's rare that all people are home at one time which makes it easy to have personal space. We all get along really well, which creates a friendly and respectful environment.

Local amenities include:
- 10 min walk to Rectory Rd overground
- 10 min walk to Stoke Newington overground
- 20 min walk to Dalston Kingsland overground, 25 to Dalston Junction
- 2 min walk to Church St buses
- 7 min walk to Rectory Rd buses
- 10 min walk to Clisslod Park
- Whole Foods, Sainsbury's, Tesco’s, veg shop, Bakery, Butcher, Fish Monger... pretty much everything you need
- Loads of restaurants and cafes- Esters is on our road- have you been? It’s the best!

We don't have pets but there are some local cats that come hang out in the back garden :)
