Hello! I have a newly refurbished double room available in a fantastic new-build 3 storey townhouse in Hulme. The house has a combination of wood flooring and carpets in the communal areas, and a large living room with a 50 inch flat screen TV and french doors that open onto a south-facing balcony. All communal areas have recently been repainted, and the shared bathroom was recently refurbished with a brand new bathroom suite and tiled throughout. The house is 15 mins walk from town, near Asda and all transport links. Rent INCLUDES ALL BILLS (council tax, TV licence, gas, electricity, water, broadband etc). The house has unlimited wireless fibre broadband.

The room has just been refurbished and has a brand new carpet, mattress and bedside table, and is freshly painted throughout. It is fully furnished with a double bed with storage drawers underneath it, large wardrobe with more storage drawers and a bedside table. It is a lovely light room on the top floor of the house, next to the bathroom, and with a view of the new Deansgate Square towers (see pictures - this gives you an idea how close to city centre the house is located).

The house is on a quiet street and has a gorgeous back and front garden. Hulme Park is right around the corner, less than a 1 minute walk. There is a parking space available in a secure off-road site behind the property on request (please ask). The room is available immediately.

I would prefer professionals in their 20/30s. The people who live in the house at the moment are all friendly and easy-going professionals in their 20s and 30s, so we're looking for someone similar. Someone clean and tidy, who wants to make some new friends of their housemates would be ideal! I will give priority to people wanting to stay for a while rather than just a few months as everyone in the house prefers longer term tenants.
