I'm Ideally looking for Someone who is considerate to the other housemate and is consistent with rent payments. My house is located on the edge of Weston, next to netley and sholing. All in all a great place to live friendly, safe and secure. I have a room at the address but don't stay there overnight any Issues can be dealt with straight away. Serious applicants only. There is 1 tenant living there at the moment and 1 more room to rent. A maximum of 2 people will live at the address at anytime. This is a nice quiet house to live in with everything sorted, a nice, clean, safe and secure house. There is a bathroom with separate toilet, electric heaters in room as well as double glazed windows which open right up. Fridge freezer washing machine oven microwave toaster kettle and coffee machine in kitchen. The room is available from the 01st of april 2018 as that's when my current tenant is moving out.
Long term lets are not a problem as I have owned the house for the last 11 years and will continue too for at least another 15 years. This means you won't be asked to move out due to sale. Hopefully this brings added security for you as a tenant, knowing you won't have to move out, unless YOU want too.
