A large modern town house in Eastbourne at the South Harbour and only 2 mins walk to the harbour entrance and 5 mins to the local shops, pubs and restaurants. Fantastic walks direct to the town centre along the seafront all on your doorstep!

Included is a shared dining room on the ground floor. This room opens out into the back garden.

Available is a self-contained room (mini-kitchen with built in fridge, 2 hobs, micro/oven convection, sink basin and storage space), with two small mirrored cabinets and TV aerial point. The room is South facing and the sun makes it bright and cheerful. The room also has next door its own separate shower room, with toilet and sink.
This is the only room on the ground floor and next to the front door so lots of privacy.

I should point out the house has two Dogue De Bordeaux' s which are big dogs, so a dog lover would be more comfortable. This is a family house with two children aged 7 and 12 years old so this should be considered also.
