Ive got a Single room available, fully furnished with built in wardrobe and also has a 65inch telly mounted to the wall with a single bed with loads of storage.

The living room has a 75inch tv with virgin included as you can see from the pictures its a pretty big room with solid wooden floors and a nice homely feeling to it. there is also internet 200MB fibre and phone lines.

The house has three bathrooms one small one down stairs and two up stairs side by side. The main bathroom has a steam room/shower and is pretty amazing after a long days work just to chill out and relax.

The property is in a nice quite area overviewing a park, and a few local shops near by. The train station is about 8-10 min walk from the house and there is a main bus route two min walk.

To the property there is a nice patio/decking area in the back garden beside the summer house and a smaller shed for bike storage ect and a drive way that can hold two cars but amble parking on a private road just beside the house that most people tend to use. The front garden is pretty big and nice to chill out in when mother nature decides to give us some decent weather.

overall a must see house , its a really nice property that is well maintained
