The 2nd double bedroom is available to professionals, medical staff and post-grad students. The monthly rent of £300 applies to a single room occupant. Couples are welcome with a monthly rent of £420. Short-term lets are available, rent negotiable.

The room measures 3.60 x 2.60 metres, and is fully furnished, presently with a single bed, large office-quality desk and chair, and a single wardrobe.

The room is also equipped with a 32" HD TV; FreeView TV service; and fast 100Mbps Wi-Fi Internet access.

All bills are included in the monthly rent.

Shared facilities include the bathroom (hot water 24/7); fully equipped kitchen; furnished dining area with table for 6 diners; and a driveway which comfortably accommodates three cars with shunting, or two without.

The house is a brisk and scenic 20 minute walk along the Shore Road to the University campus at Jordonstown, or a 10 minute drive to Belfast City Centre.

Just a 7 minute walk to city-bound bus stop, 15 minute walk to mainline station, and a 7 minute walk to various recreational walks, or jogging/cycling paths along the Belfast Loughshore.

Also a 10 minute walk away is the village with its local pub; two Indian Restaurants; local Spar shop; Off Licence; bookies, and a chippy. There is also the excellent Bureau by the Lough, bar/bistro with an excellent food menu.
