Lovely Double Room in Highbury and Islington

The flat is very quiet and backs onto private gardens/car park at the back. Considering its on Holloway Road this is a bit of a miracle.

The development was built in 2011 and won an award for being the most eco friendly development in London. It has a communal garden and a very fancy bike shed to lock your bike up. It is within 5 minute walking distance to Highbury and Islington Station and Holloway Road tube station and Highbury Fields. There are some excellent pubs around in the area and the North London Buddhist Centre is next door which is handy for a spot of yoga/meditation.

The room is double with a fitted double wardrobe. It has a chest of drawers/desk and bookcase in there at the moment. There is underfloor heating throughout the flat.

I work in healthcare as an Occupational Therapist. I have a wide circle of friends in London and would certainly not want to live in each others pockets but do enjoy a glass of wine/roast dinner every now and then or a venture to the pub sounds good.
