Cosy Shared House, near Beach & Cafes!

We're looking for a tidy, hygienic, organised, friendly, sociable and fun person, aged 25-40(ish), in a professional job.

Double Furnished Bedroom (KING-size bed), in friendly, relaxed & tidy 4 bedroom shared house. Wi-Fi, 2x showers & toilets, washing machine & tumble dryer, garden, storage for a bike/surfboard/kite-surfing gear, etc. Plenty of parking.

5min walk to Avon Beach (Friars Cliff) with Mudeford Quay just down the road. We're Tucked away on a very nice quiet cul-de-sac, with a bus stop less than a minute from our doorstep which takes you to Christchurch or Highcliffe – just 10mins away by bike. Sainsbury's is 20mins walk, Aldi & Lidl 10min walk + TKMax, SportsDirect, PoundLand, Matalan. The local shop, takeaway, postoffice and pub (The Sandpiper) are 5min walk, and the beach cafes are 10mins walk away.

Minimum 3 month tenancy. Suit professional. Work reference & deposit required. Bills included. No smokers. No pets – we have a cat (called Loki) already, and that's enough!

Room comes furnished, with bed and fitted storage. PLUS, you may hang as much art on the walls as you like!

A little about me/us — "we" are all house mates together. I've rented 3 of the 4 bedrooms in my house out for 10+ years now. Lived with a lot of different house mates (tenants/lodgers) in that time. The longest tenants have stayed here is probably 2 years, and the shortest was 4 months. Although this is my house I like to consider it a shared home for everyone, so everyone feels comfortable. We all share responsibilities here.

I am a designer by trade and run a couple of small businesses including a boutique branding & advertising company, and a small art biz called MobyMaps.

My younger brother is currently my other house mate, at 26yrs old he's a carpenter by trade and likely to move out in the next few months to work in the Middle East.
