Bedroom with an entirely new bed set (bed + mattress + bedding)

Our current flatmate has moved out, so we've got a room available now for longterm stay. We love Scottish outdoors and our cosy house. We have a garden with lovely views over the Pentland Hills and the Scottish Borders with truly spectacular mornings and evenings when the sun moves across the horizon. Plus strawberries (in the summer) in the garden and flower pots on the patio. The location is ideal for a professional with a car. We're pretty easygoing and fun to talk to.

Also, we're just 5 minutes away from the new Gorebridge Train Station, which means travelling into town will take only 20 minutes :) Great for those who would like to make the most of the festival season in Edinburgh! Also, fantastic opportunity for commuters for the city centre, Gyle and Gogaburn.

To avoid chasing anyone for bills, all bills, broadband and CT plus some domestic necessities are included in your monthly rent (I also buy an annual supply of loo rolls for the house). Additionally, the bedroom has been upgraded to a new bed, mattress, mattress cover and duvet+pillow! What's not to like? :D
