Modern, contemporary, ultra clean and cosy!

I have 1 double room available for short term let initially with potential to stay longer.. I am happy to host Mon-Fri only also. My home is a perfect setting for someone who is visiting Brighton (or nearby) for a fleeting visit or equally working here for a few weeks or months. My home has a great feel to it, it's modern, contemporary, and spotlessly clean but also cosy and homely, just feels great when you come through the door after a long day at work. It's a perfect environment to be able to kick your shoes off and just relax. I only accept people who want a luxury place to stay where people are respectful of one another and are not intrusive. Your room will have all the comforts you require including free wi-fi and a flat screen TV with freeview plus a view of the sea!.

The weekly rental is inclusive of all bills including washing and housekeeping of communal areas.

I ask that you keep your own room clean and ensure you leave the kitchen and bathroom as you find it. I also have a no shoes to be worn in the house policy and request your outdoor shoes are taken off when you enter the house. One of the current house guests cannot tolerate the smell of fish cooking so I would ask you to not cook fish please. You will have use of the wetroom but not a bath (it is a very nice wetroom though)! I have underfloor heating in much of the downstairs so it is always warm and cosy!

The house is in an ideal location with free on street parking. It is a few minutes walk to the bus stop where a bus into the city centre comes every 6 minutes. There is another bus that runs every half hour to Brighton Station. The house is a 15 min walk from the Royal Sussex County and Alexandra Children's Hospital. The Brighton Marina is only 15 minutes walk and hosts great restaurants, the David Lloyd gym, Cineworld, Bowlplex and a large Asda superstore.
