There is a bus stop right outside the house with direct buses to Warwick Uni (NO.12 route), City centre and train station. Location is fab!

The house is currently shared by 2 nice female professionals (1 recent graduate, now working professional, 1 professional) and only female application will be accepted. Both students and professionals are welcome. Room is available from 8th January.

There are shared Kitchen, Lounge and Bathroom in the house. Necessary facilities are provided, including 2 fridges, 1 freezer, 1 washing machine, 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 toaster, 1 sofa and lots of storage space. Fast broadband is provided!

There is a large garden with access to rear road where there is plenty of street parking. Garden also has storage for bikes if needed and is large enough for BBQ's and parties.

A double bed, table, chair, wardrobe and other storage are provided in the bedroom. Rent includes utility bills (water and energy), internet, and Council tax.
