Spacious double room in Hove

I have a large double bedroom with large windows allowing copious amounts of light. The flat is very spacious and has a clean, modern feel to it.
My bedroom is down a few stairs and thus on a mezzanine level, so this place also affords a lot of privacy.
The kitchen is modern and all electric, has a washing machine and I am looking at perhaps getting a small dishwasher too. The dining room/living room is large and has a glass door leading to a balcony. The balcony allows two chairs and a table so is not standing room only! From the balcony you can see the South Downs to the right and just about make out the sea to the left. In terms of walking distances...sea is 6 minutes, Tescos and Sainsbury's 3 minutes, Hove station 15 minutes or less, Brighton station just over 10 minutes by foot/regular bus service and central Brighton is a 15 minute walk away.

I'm a 35 year old guy, sporty, outdoorsy, like being out and doing things but equally just like chilling out as well. I've lived in various countries and so pretty open minded and easy going in general. I am clean and tidy though so I rarely, if ever, let the place get overly messy, untidy or dirty. That's not to say I'm OCD about it (though I think we all are to some extent!)

So I'm looking for preferably a female who is easy going, respectful, tidy and most importantly independent. I would prefer a female as from experience I tend to get on better with females in a close living environment. I think it is better if you can socialise together from time to time but also to allow each other plenty of space too. It would suit someone who has their own life and is happy to do their own thing most of the time. Also someone who understands that I am a live in landlord and is happy with that dynamic. Above all a respectful, considerate nature and maturity is what I'm looking for.
